Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if notified on the date of delivery.

The item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

Customers may exchange for another design of the same price or higher (any price difference must be paid by the customer).

If we arrange the exchange pickup and delivery, exchange and delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

If the customer does not agree to the exchange charges, the customer must send the original item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the new item, and delivery charges will apply.
